Customized jewellery (including personalized/engraved products) and precious stones (pearl and coral) are not eligible for 14-day exchange. However, Lifetime Exchange is available.

A basic quality check will be performed at the store. If eligible for exchange, the product will be forwarded to the E-commerce Quality Assurance Team for final verification.

Jakhura Jewellers retains the right to determine the final exchange value based on the quality appraisal.

The original invoice and diamond certificate must be presented to process any exchange.

If any coupon, discount, or promo code was applied during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by that value.

Tampered, altered, misused, broken, or repaired items are not eligible for full-value exchange.

Labor charges, loss of weight, and solder percentage will be deducted for exchanged jewellery.

No weight deduction will be made for hallmarked gold jewellery purchased from Jakhura Jewellers.

If the exchange value is higher than the original purchase, the customer must pay the difference.

If the exchange value is lower, the difference will be:

Refunded via the original payment method for 14-day exchanges

Held as credit for future purchases under Lifetime Exchange

If the original invoice is missing, an additional 10% deduction will be applied.

A product can be exchanged for full value only once within 14 days. Any subsequent exchanges will fall under the Lifetime Exchange policy.

Exchange processing takes approximately 7–10 working days.

This policy is not applicable for international orders.

Jakhura Jewellers retains the right to modify exchange policy terms for individual customers. In such cases, customers will be notified before any changes.
