Cancellation Policy

At Jakhura Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, under certain circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel an order. Cancellations may occur due to the following reasons:

  • Limitation of the product in our inventory

  • Errors in product pricing

  • Errors in product information

We also reserve the right to request additional details from the customer before accepting specific orders. If your order is canceled wholly or partially, or if more information is required to process your order, you will be notified accordingly.


Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you may cancel it before the product is dispatched. If a cancellation request is received for a ready-to-ship product, we will initiate the refund via the original payment method within 10 working days.


Exceptions – Non-Cancellable Products

The following types of products are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Products specially made to order

  • Jewellery exchanged under the 14-day exchange or lifetime exchange policies

For such cases, if the customer wishes to request a refund or exchange, kindly refer to our Exchange Policy or Buyback Policy.
