Refund policy

Return/Refund Policy

This return policy is applicable within 14 days of receiving a delivery from www.jakhurajewellers.com. The entire amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 10 working days of receiving the product. To initiate the return on any jewellery purchased from www.jakhurajewellers.com, raise the request from your order dashboard, send us an email at jakhurajewellers@gmail.com, or contact us on +91 9075077177. Upon confirmation, the product can be returned at any Jakhura Jewellers store across Nashik.

Note:

  • 100% refunds for returns within 14 days. No questions asked.

  • For returns after 14 days, kindly check our Lifetime Buyback Policy.

  • Refunds are subject to quality confirmation by our Quality Assurance team and verification that the packaging is complete with all original documents such as invoice copy, authenticity certificate, etc.

  • Jakhura Jewellers retains the right to calculate the refund amount based on the Quality Assurance team’s final appraisal.

  • The refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. If any coupon, discount, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the refund amount would be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount, or promo value, as applicable.

  • Refunds will be made via online bank transfer to the customer’s account within 10 working days after receipt and successful quality check of the product. For payments made via debit/credit card or net banking, the refund will be processed by reversing the original transaction.

  • Customized jewellery (including personalized or engraved products) is not eligible for the 14-day return policy.

  • Returns are not applicable on products purchased in exchange for bullions.

  • Products purchased against Lifetime Exchange value or Old Gold Exchange value are not eligible for this return policy.

  • Return policy is not applicable on orders that have already been exchanged under the 14-day exchange policy.

  • Jakhura Jewellers retains the right to modify return/refund terms and conditions for individual customers. In such cases, the customer will be notified before the purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
